Tulsikitchen is a Gluten Free and Vegan food business run by Ros Shaw who has been gluten free for several years and plant-based since 2021.

 

Having been a schoolteacher for most of her career, Ros has now moved away from teaching music to focus on her passion for food.

 

She and her husband Indra (a nurse and yoga teacher) have recently moved to Ilfracombe and will be running their food and yoga businesses from their home, which overlooks Ilfracombe Harbour.

 

You can find Ros at the South Molton Pannier Market every Thursday and at the monthly Ilfracombe Farmers’ Market in the Lantern. Ros will also take direct orders if you email her on rosshaw3@gmail.com

 

Plans for 2024/25 include selling tulsikitchen goodies at various markets and food events in the South West.
